**Candidates are expected to be onsite in Blackstone VA
Overview:
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale contract and its associated task orders. This role involves supervising Site Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring high standards in recruiting, personnel management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all contractor-related performance matters.
Support the Program Manager (PM) in coordinating with client representatives to ensure contract requirements are met.
Help develop and implement strategies to reduce risk and maintain operational continuity.
Provide input on the technical aspects of the contract.
Lead human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Oversee compensation planning and enforce company policies.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely staffing for all task orders.
Manage scheduling, organization, and supervision of all contractor personnel.
Support professional development and training initiatives.
Assist with timely delivery of services, invoicing, and financial oversight.
Address and resolve any personnel issues that may impact contract performance or company reputation.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Security Administration, or a related field.
25+ years of professional experience, including 15+ years managing large-scale government programs.
6+ years as a senior program manager overseeing government contracts.
15+ years of leadership experience in HR, diversity, and EEO matters within a government-related environment.
Proven ability to manage contracts exceeding $30 million annually and teams of 250+ personnel.
Strong background in planning, evaluating, and implementing complex programs.
Experience in adult education or training programs for security professionals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal **Candidates should have experience supporting large contracts of over 100+ personnel null
