Our client, a leader in the Industrial Gases sector, is seeking a Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic project team supporting large-scale mega projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer

**Location:** Houston, TX

What's the Job?

+ Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules to support the execution of EPC projects.

+ Collaborate with project teams to create detailed work plans and monitor progress against timelines.

+ Identify schedule risks and opportunities while preparing reports for project stakeholders.

+ Analyze schedule impacts of changes and develop effective mitigation strategies.

+ Participate in project meetings to provide schedule updates and recommendations.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

+ 15+ years of experience may be accepted in leu of bachelor’s degree.

+ Vast experience working as a planning/scheduling engineer or project controls specialist in EPC mega projects in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, industrial gases industries

+ Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Experience in project management principles including resource management and risk analysis.
