    Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Retail Associate to join their team. As a Retail Associate, you will be part of the retail department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to handle cash transactions, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Retail Associate

    **Location:** 7540 Washington Blvd. Suite C Elkridge, MD 21075

    **Pay Rate:** $15 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Process transactions accurately, handling cash, checks, and invoices.

    + Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

    + Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.

    + Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2-3 years of retail experience.

    + Previous cashier experience is required.

    + Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.

    + Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality.

    + Availability to work part-time, including rotating late nights on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
