    Job Description

    We're hiring for a short-term, Office Servicers Coordinator in New York for a 4-week, part-time, contract position. The role will require you to be onsite, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30am-1:30pm EST. You will act as the face of the company for each person who walks into the lobby doors. The right candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude and deem no task too small. You will greet guests as they enter the lobby with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring they get connected with the individual they are there to see. As needed, you will answer and route phone calls, order catering and beverage services for client meetings, provide shipping/admi/facilities support, etc.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ years' experience in a customer service or administrative support role.

     

    Strong understanding of MSFT Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

     

    Strong sense of organization, attention to detail and self-motivation.

     

    Highly reliable/punctual. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

     

    Passion for real estate design. null
