Description:
We are seeking a **part-time, onsite Commissions Specialist, Sr** to join our Incentive Management and Analytics team. This role is essential for managing the full cycle of incentive programs and delivering actionable analytics that support strategic compensation decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Commercial Excellence (Comex) and Finance teams on incentive planning and validation
+ Manage incentive cycle: budget planning, updates, rLBE, actuals, placements, and pipeline closures
+ Calculate incentives and awards; ensure timely and accurate payouts
+ Communicate performance and incentives to field teams
+ Oversee governance of incentive processes: validation, execution, communication, documentation, and audit readiness
Sales, KPI Target Control & Performance Tracking
+ Validate, adjust, and communicate sales/KPI targets
+ Track and validate performance metrics regularly
Performance, Incentive & Award Analytics
+ Provide data validation for goal sheets
+ Analyze performance metrics and incentive outcomes
Incentive Model Management
+ Maintain and manage incentive and award models (monthly, quarterly, annually)
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting/Finance
Experience:
+ Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role related to incentive programs, business analysis, or data analytics
