Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Lockport, IL

**Pay Rate:** $19 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner.

+ Load and unload raw goods and finished products as required.

+ Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

+ Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

+ A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

+ No prior manufacturing production experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous standing, frequent lifting, and bending.
