**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Location:** (REMOTE) Columbus, OH

**Pay Range:** $33hr

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

+ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

+ Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

+ Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

+ Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
