Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst and an Accounting Analyst to assist their team. As a Senior Accounting Analyst / Accounting Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Accounting Analyst / Accounting Analyst

**Location:** Southeastern Milwaukee area

**Pay Range:** up to $35-$45 per hour depending on experience

**Duration:** 90 days with potential for extension.

What's the Job?

+ Heavy involvement in account reconciliations.

+ General Month-End support.

+ Support for quarterly reporting, including footnote disclosures (senior-level role).

+ Prepare financials & footnotes for Benefit Plan Audits and provide general support as needed for other plans.

+ Distribution and analysis of non-confidential payroll-related data to business partners.

+ Payroll reporting support to plant operations (not payroll processing).

+ Fixed Asset project work.

+ General financial reporting and support tasks.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

+ 3–5 years of experience for Analyst role.

+ Minimum of 5 years of solid industry experience particularly in financial reporting and analysis (for footnote disclosures, etc.) for Senior Analyst role.

+ Strong accounting experience required (Account Recs, Journal Entries).

+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills.

+ Familiarity with SAP, consolidations (HFM), Blackline, and/or Benefit Plans is preferred.
