    Job Description

    Our Healthcare Client is looking to hire a Technical & Business Product Manager for multi-year remote work from home contract. The focus of this role is work with the A1A Consumer Product as it relates to member experience, member service, benefits, pharmacy, member eligibility, direct links, etc. We want to make sure that outcomes are clear and will not impact the overall stability of the product. We want to make change management, setting clear expectations and communicating clearly to the business, vendor and customers. This person will articulate user stories and feature work into smaller pieces.

     

    We are looking for candidates that come from a Healthcare Industry background that have a detailed understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Systems and Clinical knowledge. You will be working with external vendors, business stakeholders and internal software engineering and architecture teams.

     

    We have been tasked to hire 25 Product Mangers to support 25 priority consumer products for our Healthcare Insurance client. We will leverage our Professional Services Division, Evergreen and their Agile Services Division to provide oversight, governance, coaching & strategy. Our clients Technology Organization is not aligned to the Product Model and has little to no knowledge of this. The towers outside of the Digital Organization (sub division within the larger Technology Division) are engineering-centric and do not have existing Product Management staff aligned to business processes in scope for these products. Transforming to a Product Model is one of the Technology Organizations roadmap priorities and they are not where they need to be. Our Executive Sponsor (VP Product Digital) is looking to accelerate this for all the entire Technology Organization with the below request.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7+ years as a Technical & Business Product Owner / Product Manager

     

    Experience in the Healthcare Industry Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Systems, Clinical

     

    Experience working with Software Engineering teams, Business Stakeholders and external vendors

     

    Experience working in an Agile Environment
