Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Property Administrator for two of their properties in NW DC. This individual will be responsible for helping out with property operations including invoicing, setting up vendor service contracts, monthly reporting, tenant services and other administrative duties. They will be splitting time across two commercial office buildings in NW DC - it will be a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday with core hours of 9AM - 5PM.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting; knowledge of invoice processing and basic accounting
- Tremendous communication skills; written and verbal
- Customer service experience; ability to work on a team to accomplish larger goals
- Computer savvy; ability to be trained up on new programs/software - Previous property management experience
- Knowledge of Nexus (budgeting software) or Yardi null
