We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior Membership Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on membership systems, including HOME and the Roster, and play a critical role in managing and enhancing membership data integrity, system functionality, and operational workflows. You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT&S, Legal, Pharmacy, and Rebate teams to ensure accurate and efficient membership processes across multiple platforms.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and coordinate major corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions to ensure accurate COID hierarchy and GROUP/DIVISION/MARKET structures in HOME.
+ Manage and prioritize IT&S work requests and system enhancements related to HOME, SSR, and the Roster.
+ Serve as the primary liaison for system testing, vendor webinars, and user guide development.
+ Train and mentor new Membership team members and Account Directors/Managers on systems, forms, and processes.
+ Conduct membership data audits and ensure data integrity across HPG, AdvantageTrust, and CoreTrust.
+ Collaborate with the Rebate team and vendors to ensure accurate fee reporting and member data alignment.
+ Act as GLN Editor/Approver and participate in GS1 initiatives to reduce duplication and improve registry accuracy.
+ Generate monthly executive summary reports and lead implementation workstreams for new member onboarding.
+ Support legal and pharmacy integration efforts to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Membership Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
Skills & Abilities:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Experience with HealthTrust systems (HOME, SSR) strongly preferred.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ Project management experience and ability to meet tight deadlines.
+ Solid understanding of IT systems and their integration with membership platforms.
