About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate in the Centralized Callback Team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support. Primary function includes authenticating payment instructions submitted by various lines of business.
Duties may include:
+ Participate in authenticating clients and payment instructions supporting Corporate and Investment Banking customers
+ Identify, research and resolve problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines.
+ Reconcile reports and transactions with differentiating processes
+ Resolving sales team and customer inquiries
+ Revising departmental procedures
+ Coordinating situations that involve other departments
+ Has extensive internal sales team contact; work under moderate to minimal supervision.
+ Assist in lifecycle support for institutional trade flow
+ Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables with guidance from team lead or manager
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Required Qualifications, US:
+ 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Client service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaints
+ Bilingual Preferred
+ Thorough knowledge & experience w/ Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Solid problem-solving & critical thinking skills
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
+ Ability to work independently
+ Strong collaboration and partnering skills
+ Knowledge and understanding of brokerage or administrative support
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
+ Experience in implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client while improving productivity and customer satisfaction
Job Expectations:
+ Hybrid Schedule, 3/2
+ Ability to work a 10am - 7pm schedule one week every five weeks
