    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform high-quality repair and finishing of interior and exterior surfaces including drywall, plaster, wood, and other building materials.

    + Execute painting and surface preparation tasks, including sanding, priming, and applying coatings with precision and attention to detail.

    + Conduct inspections to assess the condition of surfaces and finishes, identifying damage, wear, and required repairs.

    + Repair and replace damaged drywall, including taping, mudding, texturing, and final finish to match existing surfaces seamlessly.

    + Prepare surfaces for epoxy application by cleaning, grinding, or shot blasting.

    + Mix epoxy and other materials according to manufacturer's instructions

    + Apply epoxy flooring using rollers, brushes, or sprayers

    + Ensure even coverage and proper thickness of epoxy coating

    + Maintain equipment and tools used for epoxy flooring application

    + Maintain consistent quality standards in all aesthetic repairs, ensuring a clean, professional appearance throughout the facility.

    + Collaborate with property managers and other maintenance staff to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently and on schedule.

    + Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are used and maintained properly, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

    + Accurately document all maintenance activities, materials used, and time spent within the CMMS work order system to ensure clear communication, compliance, and data integrity.

    + Assist with internal furniture moves, reconfigurations, and setup to support facility layout changes, employee relocations, and space optimization efforts.

    + Mount, install, or secure a variety of equipment and fixtures—including shelving, monitors, bulletin boards, whiteboards, and safety devices—using appropriate tools and fasteners.

    + Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

    + Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

    + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of their own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

    + Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

    + Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

    + Work within broad guidelines and policies.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

    + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

    + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

    + Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
