    About The Role:

    As a CBRE Property Management Market Operations Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing services for a variety of departmental and financial activities.

     

    This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

    What You'll Do:

    + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

    + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

    + Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and the Property Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

    + Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects as needed. Oversee the monthly forecasting process.

    + Evaluate income and expense trends to find opportunities to improve profitability.

    + Manage processes and procedures to support the contract execution process. Ensure the service and support provided by the team is consistent.

    + Review and monitor business metrics data reports. Manage the database of management and leasing contract information.

    + Point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for inquiries, and questions.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

    + Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

    + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

    + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

    + Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job team and department.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Curiosity and attention to detail.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for thePM Market Operations Manageris $120,000 annually and the maximum salary is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
