North America Stores Marketing helps customers discover and engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside advanced tools for marketers.
As part of North America Stores Marketing, Amazon Handmade is a gated, 3P-only program that requires all sellers to apply and receive approval to list in our store. Our Handmade criteria is defined as items that are handmade, hand-designed, hand-altered, repurposed, or upcycled. Our Handmade vision is to be the favorite place to buy and sell unique, special products – creating meaningful shopping experiences backed by the trust and convenience of Amazon.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join the Handmade team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end seller communications with our community of thousands of Handmade sellers. You will develop and execute strategies that educate, engage, and support Handmade sellers, across multiple channels and touch points. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across Amazon including Seller Support teams to deliver bar-raising seller experiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual communications strategy for Handmade sellers, including the calendar, content/messaging, and measurement plan to assess effectiveness and engagement
- Manage four key communications channels: Handmade Hub on Seller Central, Seller Forums, Newsletters, and Seller Webinars/Live Events
- Partner with Handmade team members and stakeholders to develop clear, actionable seller guidance
- Ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and seller experience across all touchpoints
- Lead special communication initiatives for major program launches, strategic initiatives, and updates
- Drive continuous improvement based on seller feedback and performance metrics
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
