Description
Do you thrive on driving complex technical initiatives to completion? Are you passionate about improving productivity through innovative tooling? If so, we’d love you to join us.
AWS Pentest Tooling Team operates across AWS to deliver pentests in fast, innovative and secure fashion. Our mission is to scale penetration testing by enabling pentesters to focus on hard problems. Our team builds the tooling and processes to help identify, track and mitigate potential security risks.
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to help build and scale security, while leading critical initiatives to deliver high-impact platform initiatives that drive pentester productivity and effectiveness. This is a hands-on technical role that includes working directly with AWS pentesters, partner security teams, and administrative teams to identify opportunities to improve and automate our security posture.
As a Technical Program Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent technical programs, creating quarterly roadmaps and managing cross-team dependencies. You'll work closely with developers and architects to define requirements, contribute to technical decisions, and resolve blockers. Your role involves extensive stakeholder management, including leading status updates and program reviews. You'll prioritize requirements, identify and escalate risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
You will drive program execution using established frameworks and methodologies, developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of new tools across customer teams. Success in this role will be measured through a metrics framework that includes on-time delivery, platform adoption rates, customer satisfaction scores, reliability improvements, documentation quality, and stakeholder feedback.
