    Position Summary

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Director of Corporate Accounts** OEM to lead strategic partnerships with key clients in the medical device contract manufacturing (CDMO) space. This remote based role is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing accounts with an emphasis on technical selling and relationship building within assigned accounts, while managing the remainder of the corporate account team. Driving the Corp Accounts team to work closely with the International and domestic sales leaders to drive sales strategies to a successful outcome. Focus is on over-achieving sales objectives by increasing account penetration plans, finding synergies amongst our multiple businesses, coordinating sales strategies, developing and maintaining key customer relationships, conducting customer business reviews, driving communication, and supporting the selling efforts to close orders.

    Principal Responsibilities

    + Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth, track KPIs, and develop strategic account penetration plans.

    + Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for major corporate accounts, lead business reviews, and build senior-level relationships.

    + Technical & Product Expertise: Support customers through product development, collaborating with R&D and Engineering.

    + Market & Competitive Insight: Translate customer and market insights into strategic actions while monitoring industry trends.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and provide strategic updates.

    + Team Leadership & Development: Mentor Account Managers, provide training on sales strategies, and ensure team alignment.

    + Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead OEM contract negotiations, including pricing and commercial terms.

    + Operational Excellence: Evaluate account performance, drive improvements, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

    Education / Experience Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

    + 8+ years of experience in technical sales within the medical device industry, particularly in performance fibers or catheter-related products

    + Strong knowledge of fluoropolymer extrusions, micro-diameter tubing, and devices used in interventional disciplines (Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Neurology, Urology, Peripheral Vascular)

    + Proven success in exceeding sales targets within OEM or CDMO environments

    Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

    + MBA/advanced degree preferred

    + Experience managing global client accounts

    + Strong technical acumen & ability to bridge the gap between engineering & sales

    + Strong Project Management Skills:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) & Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to facilitate cross functional teams & remotely manage projects.Ability to manage the performance of others, develop, coach and mentor.TRAVEL REQUIRED: 50 %The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $170,000 - $230,000 (inclusive of commissions) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance.The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
