As our Contingent Workforce Program Lead, you'll orchestrate a complex ecosystem of suppliers, stakeholders, and processes that directly impact the programs ability to remain agile and competitive in the global marketplace. You'll have the unique opportunity to:

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and optimize daily operations of the global contingent workforce program, ensuring seamless delivery of staffing solutions
- Drive supplier strategy and relationship management to ensure high-quality talent acquisition
- Develop and execute program awareness initiatives to increase adoption and effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements and enhancement opportunities
- Monitor program metrics and create data-driven insights for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with global workforce regulations while maintaining cost efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive program success
- Support geographic expansion initiatives and scale operations effectively
A day in the life
Our fast-paced environment is exciting and never quite the same! One minute you are analyzing global KPIs and spotting trends across 13 countries, the next you're diving into an urgent compliance matter or jumping into a discussion about automation opportunities. You'll balance strategic planning with real-time problem-solving – reviewing cost optimization strategies while ensuring top talent quality, collaborating with the MSP on program enhancements, and presenting innovative solutions to leadership. You'll see the need to remain agile and ready to pivot as business priorities can and will shift throughout the week.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- 6+ years leading a large contingent workforce program with oversight on an MSP or 6+ years leading project, program, product management and/or leading large teams that are responsible for cross-functional global solutions.
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong subject matter acumen and demonstrated ability to lead a large MSP team and engage on vendor management technology and system solutions.
- Proven record for leading large contingent workforce programs in both volume and spend
- Experience driving long-term strategies and influencing leadership decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
