Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience OR Master’s Degree and 0-1 year experience in a quality or configuration management role in a US Department of Defense contracting environment.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of CM principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
+ Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to handle competing tasks
+ Excellent communication, business analytical and problem-solving/trouble shooting skills.
+ Effective Customer Service skills/capabilities with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally inside the organization.
+ Active Secret Security Clearance is required and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to start
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of EIA-649 or MIL-HDBK-61A.
+ Perform Technical Review Board and Configuration Control Board activities supporting baseline activities.
+ Establish agendas, publish minutes & track meeting actions.
+ Process change packages through lifecycle including disposition & documentation / hardware implementation.
+ Perform program data release functions via Product Lifecycle Management tools.
+ Experience using My TeamCenter
+ Experience understanding, EBOMs, OBOMs, and MBOMs
+ Data management for deliverable CDRLs, non-CDRL documents and SDRLs
+ Experience following documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements
+ Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint
+ Excellent organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
+ Understanding of configuration management principles / best practices to include management of contract and supplier data
Experience performing Configuration Status Accounting / As Built reconciliation efforts
Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
