    Financial Analyst

Robert Half is assisting a client in their search for a Contract Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise while supporting critical business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

    + Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and budgets.

    + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances and risks.

    + Monitor and interpret market conditions, industry trends, and economic developments to support strategic planning.

    + Partner with various departments to gather accurate financial information and ensure alignment on business objectives.

    + Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning processes.

    + Collaborate in implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

    + 2–5 years of experience in a financial analysis role.

    + Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

    + Strong understanding of financial concepts like forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

    + Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-finance colleagues and stakeholders.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    + Experience in investment analysis or corporate finance is a plus.
