Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a well-established firm in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in tax preparation who are eager to advance their career. The role is fully on-site and offers the potential for growth into leadership positions such as Manager or Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review partnership, individual, and S-Corp tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax planning.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and CaseWare to manage financial data and streamline reporting processes.

• Provide support during audits and assist in resolving tax-related issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and apply them effectively to client cases.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique tax needs.

• Work closely with senior staff to develop strategies for business growth and client retention.

• Contribute to the firm's success by participating in team meetings and sharing insights.

• Assist in mentoring entry-level staff and fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation, including partnership and individual tax returns.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and CaseWare software.

• Strong understanding of S-Corp and partnership tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Interest in long-term growth opportunities within the firm.
