Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and cash application.

• Ensure accurate and timely posting of cash activities to maintain up-to-date financial records.

• Utilize ERP systems like NetSuite to manage and streamline accounts receivable operations.

• Prepare and distribute billing statements and invoices to multiple vendors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments and address concerns.

• Generate reports and analyze accounts receivable data to support financial decision-making.

• Monitor outstanding balances and implement strategies to reduce aging receivables.

• Handle cash handling activities with precision and adherence to company policies.

• Assist with the development and refinement of accounts receivable processes to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ERP platforms such as NetSuite.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience managing vendor relationships and handling billing collections.

• Knowledge of cash applications and cash handling procedures.

• Ability to work with multiple vendors and manage complex billing scenarios.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
