Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support to end-users, ensuring their hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional technical support to users by addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.

• Escalate complex technical challenges to senior support staff when necessary.

• Manage user account provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

• Provide support for Cisco and Citrix technologies as part of troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Assist with remote desktop support for Windows and Mac systems.

• Ensure smooth functionality of Apple devices and Active Directory environments.

• Identify and resolve issues related to computer hardware and software configurations.

• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.

Requirements • Proficiency in troubleshooting Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows computer systems.

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

• Familiarity with Apple devices and their operating systems.

• Solid understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices.

• Ability to provide remote desktop support for various platforms.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
