Description We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining workplace operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees and visitors. This position requires strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and organize property records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate office supplies and equipment to meet operational needs.
• Support property management activities, including scheduling and tenant communication.
• Assist in planning and executing workplace events and activities.
• Monitor and address maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain property standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to workplace operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or property management role.
• Strong receptionist skills, including handling phone systems and greeting visitors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
