Description We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee critical billing and claims processes within a dynamic healthcare environment. This Contract-to-Permanent position is based in Hartford, Connecticut, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of a leading organization in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims processing, and collections.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to minimize risks and address discrepancies effectively.

• Oversee claim administration processes, including submission, tracking, and resolution of denials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve financial performance.

• Analyze revenue cycle metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the billing team, fostering growth and productivity.

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Resolve complex issues related to billing and claims to support operational excellence.
