Description We are looking for a dedicated Purchase & Sales Specialist to join our team in Uncasville, Connecticut. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to supply chain operations, vendor management, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues.

• Enter and maintain accurate work orders within the system.

• Monitor project schedules and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other related tasks.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Review and evaluate contracts for compliance and accuracy.

• Assist with accounts payable processes and ensure proper documentation.

• Support property management activities, including vendor coordination and maintenance.

• Collaborate with condo associations and construction teams to address project needs. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

• Experience with property management or condo association operations is a plus.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain detail-oriented relationships.

• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial documentation.

• Knowledge of contract review and compliance procedures.

• Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience using software like Yardi or similar ERP systems is preferred.
