Role Overview: The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis, supplier collaboration, and automation to ensure the efficient management of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials and continually enhance processes. This role requires close interaction with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with operational demands.

Responsibilities:

+ Inventory Management: Ensure availability of essential parts and materials for maintenance operations while optimizing MRO inventory levels.

+ Collaboration: Partner with maintenance and operations teams to establish minimum stock levels for critical MRO items and align inventory needs with production schedules.

+ Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to automate and improve MRO processes, leveraging new technologies, systems, and tools.

+ Data Analysis: Review purchasing data to understand consumption patterns and ensure timely procurement while negotiating with suppliers to optimize terms.

+ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and waste reduction within the MRO supply chain.

+ Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reporting systems to track inventory levels and expenditures effectively.

+ Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

+ Experience: Hands-on experience in MRO operations, supply chain, or procurement, with preference in industrial/manufacturing settings.

+ Digital Initiatives: Proven experience in digital transformation projects or process improvement initiatives is strongly preferred.

+ Skills: Strong analytical ability, supplier management expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular). Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.

+ Collaborative Mindset: Ability to adapt and work effectively across diverse teams and dynamic environments.

+ Curiosity: Enthusiastic about learning and implementing new technologies and workflows to drive long-term operational efficiency.
