Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. In this contract role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from managing front desk activities to coordinating office services and events. Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide a reliable first point of contact for the office.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence efficiently.
• Oversee the maintenance and organization of office spaces, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors for office repairs, cleaning services, and supply deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder office supplies as needed to maintain stock.
• Arrange seating assignments and manage room bookings for meetings and events.
• Assist with the planning and execution of office events, including catering and logistical arrangements.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations and staff needs.
• Maintain accurate records of office activities and vendor interactions. Requirements • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
