Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join a dynamic organization in Brunswick, Maine. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing HR functions, fostering positive employee relations, and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a culture of inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
• Provide guidance and counseling to employees on various HR-related matters.
• Lead new employee orientation sessions to create a welcoming and informative onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records and reports related to HR activities and compliance. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
• Proven ability to conduct training sessions and onboarding programs effectively.
• Experience managing payroll and related processes.
• HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
