Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices while ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing clear and effective communication to end-users.

• Educate users on the proper operation and usage of systems and devices to enhance productivity.

• Offer procurement recommendations and develop technical specifications for departmental purchases.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of the local computing environment, proposing improvements to processes or technology.

• Support the analysis and testing of technical products, systems, and software, taking lead roles in evaluation or implementation projects as needed.

• Perform thorough testing for product evaluations and deployments, ensuring solutions meet user requirements.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system tickets and assignments in compliance with established procedures. Requirements • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Ability to engage and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels, including IT staff, faculty, clinicians, and administrators.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality service.

• Familiarity with academic or research environments and their unique information system needs is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer hardware, Active Directory, configuration management, and Windows.
