    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting responsibilities and contribute to the financial success of our organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain precision in general ledger entries.

    • Prepare and execute journal entries while overseeing the month-end close process.

    • Generate annual reports and file monthly sales tax returns efficiently.

    • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel formulas to enhance accounting workflows and accuracy.

    • Identify process improvements to optimize accounting operations.

    • Accounts Payable and Receivable

    Requirements

    Ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years in accounting or bookkeeping with experience in QuickBooks and Excel.
