Description We are looking for an experienced UKG HRIS Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brooklyn, Ohio. In this role, you will support critical HR and payroll processes, including benefits administration and system configuration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in UKG Pro to drive efficiency and improve compliance within an investment advisory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and launch Open Enrollment processes within UKG Pro Benefits Administration.

• Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to set up accurate benefit plans, eligibility rules, rates, and communication templates.

• Provide direct support for bi-weekly payroll processing, including audits, troubleshooting, and reconciliation within UKG Pro.

• Analyze and optimize existing workflows to enhance data accuracy, reporting, and compliance.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro, advising on best practices and system capabilities.

• Assist with the rollout and training for employee self-service and manager self-service functionalities.

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to maintain data integrity and ensure alignment across processes.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions to meet business needs.

• Develop documentation and training materials to support system users. Requirements • Proven experience in configuring and managing UKG Pro (UltiPro) systems.

• Hands-on expertise in Open Enrollment processes within UKG Pro Benefits Administration.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance, particularly within UKG Pro Payroll.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with additional UKG Pro modules such as Onboarding, Time & Attendance, or Compensation Management is a plus.

• Previous experience in consulting, implementation, or as a UKG Pro analyst is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
