Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist (Tier II) to join our team on a contract basis in Naperville, Illinois. In this role, you will handle the preparation and assembly of payroll packages, ensuring they meet quality and delivery standards. This is a great opportunity to work in the payroll services industry, contributing to the smooth and secure distribution of essential client materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble payroll packages according to client specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare packages for delivery while adhering to production schedules and quality standards.

• Complete detailed checklists and confirmations to accurately track package flow and maintain security.

• Follow all security protocols and audit procedures to safeguard sensitive client information.

• Identify and escalate issues related to missing or incorrect output to the appropriate teams.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of distribution equipment to ensure operational readiness.

• Organize and stage packaging supplies to maintain a seamless production workflow.

• Stand for extended periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

• Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds as part of the production process. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Basic computer skills to complete job-related tasks efficiently.

• Strong multitasking abilities without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Familiarity with security and audit procedures is a plus.

• Experience in package assembly or a similar role is preferred but not required.
