Description We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in IVR systems to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Avaya-based IT platforms within the telecom industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for Avaya-based IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

• Gather and document detailed requirements for telephony platforms, aligning them with business needs.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project success.

• Utilize prewritten scripts to extract and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, facilitating seamless integration and implementation.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.

• Contribute to the development of strategies for system improvement and scalability.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation for processes, requirements, and system updates. Requirements • Proven experience working with Avaya systems in a business analyst capacity.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute queries.

• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements effectively.

• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside stakeholders and technical teams.

• Familiarity with IVR systems and telephony platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
