Description

This role is 100% remote with a Boston based company. Only considering local candidates and/or in New England. This is with a nonprofit in the healthcare space. Company offers 100% REMOTE work, generous benefits package. This role is an accounting role with finance responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle invoicing process (mostly AR/billing)

+ Perform various types of reconciliations

+ Budget vs actuals and ad hoc financial analysis

+ Post journal entries to the general ledger

+ Revenue Recognition/ASC 606

+ Assist with month end close

+ SOX

Requirements

+ Degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 3+ years of accounting experience

+ Advanced Excel and strong systems
