Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial integrity of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Oversee revenue recognition processes to ensure compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606 standards.

• Analyze and resolve complex revenue-related transactions, providing accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue accounting.

• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems to manage financial data.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.

• Review contracts and agreements to identify and address potential revenue recognition issues.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to enhance accuracy and safeguard financial integrity.

• Participate in system improvements and process enhancements to streamline accounting operations.

• Support occasional travel requirements, up to 20%, for business needs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in revenue and general accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue recognition principles.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transactions and provide resolutions.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Availability for occasional travel, up to 20%.
