Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in New York, NY. In this role, you will provide essential back-office support, including reprographics, mail services, and other operational tasks in both physical and digital environments. This position requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reprographics, mail services, and other office support functions following established procedures.

• Utilize and maintain logs to track office services work and ensure accuracy.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as necessary to resolve problems promptly.

• Meet deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering assigned tasks, adhering to service agreements.

• Load and manage supplies for office equipment, including paper and toner.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work to maintain high standards.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors or clients regarding project status or potential delays.

• Follow safety protocols and company policies while handling sensitive or confidential documents.

• Ensure cost-efficient use of office equipment and supplies.

• Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in office services, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment.

• Strong customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Capable of making independent decisions aligned with business policies.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and awareness of when to escalate issues to supervisors.
