    Description

    We are in search of a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be a part of our team. The role is located in San Francisco, California. This role is integral to our operations and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be required to manage the day-to-day functions of the workplace, maintain customer service standards, and coordinate with vendors for optimal service delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate on-site events and conferences, including set up, breakdown, and managing food service logistics.

    • Greet clients, guests, employees and facilitate a welcoming corporate culture

    • Maintain office inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed and manage stockrooms effectively.

    • Liaise with vendors, monitor service quality, and address any issues promptly.

    • Utilize tools such as Google Suite, JIRA, and Zoom for effective scheduling and internal communication.

    • Provide front-of-house support, confidently engaging with employees and senior leadership.

    • Support general workplace operations across the facilities, including space planning and conference room setup for various meetings and events.

    • Assist with the daily operations of the Workplace and Admin teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office spaces.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of office management, administrative skills, or front desk coordination

    • Ability to use Google suite, Zoom, JIRA a plus

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required

    • Experience in managing conference rooms and coordinating logistics

    • Excellent customer service skills are essential
