    Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. This role is in the customer service industry, located in Costa Mesa, California, 92626, United States. The role is hybrid, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Accurately processing customer credit applications

    • Maintaining precise customer credit records

    • Assisting customers in navigating our new website

    • Resolving customer inquiries and issues

    • Fielding inbound calls, averaging between 30-60 a day

    • Assisting customers with login credentials

    • Handling situations where customers are stuck in migration

    • Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action

    • Utilizing CRM tools for customer relationship management

    • Proficient in Office and Office 365 for data management and communication.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

     

    • Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service.

    • Demonstrable skills in Customer Service.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software.

    • Ability to manage customer relationships using CRM.

    • Proficient in Office suite.
