    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain accurate financial records by recording all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

    + Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements to ensure accuracy.

    + Manage the general ledger, ensuring proper classification of entries.

    + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

    + Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for management review.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

    + Assist in payroll processing and reporting as needed.

    + Collaborate with the finance team and external accountants to support tax preparation and audits.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.

    + 2+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a related finance/accounting role.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
