Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Bothell, Washington. In this role, you will manage high-volume recruitment efforts across diverse positions while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a requisition load of at least 35 open roles simultaneously, ensuring timely sourcing and placement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Identify, screen, and recommend candidates with relevant experience for various roles, including corporate, construction, sales, and project management positions.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and requirements while maintaining efficiency in managing diverse requisitions.
• Provide proactive support to team members, stepping in to assist with recruitment challenges as needed.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and track progress.
• Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and candidates to ensure transparency and alignment during hiring cycles. Requirements • Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments, with the ability to manage numerous requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder and ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment between hiring teams and recruitment strategies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle a variety of roles across corporate and field positions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain efficiency in fast-paced settings.
• Experience conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
• Effective communication skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
