About the Role:

The client's Paid Search team is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help scale their auto insurance paid search program. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team that plays a pivotal role in driving growth for the client. You will work alongside digital marketers to execute innovative paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results that directly impact company-wide KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in scaling and optimizing the auto insurance paid search program.

+ Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap for paid search campaigns.

+ Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to craft compelling creative briefs with precise targeting.

+ Analyze marketing data and synthesize insights to inform strategy and share findings with the broader marketing team.

+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance daily to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.

+ Strong proficiency in Google Ads (campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy development); Bing Ads experience is a plus.

+ Experience in setting up and running Google experiments (e.g., ad tests, conversion signals, landing pages).

+ Solid understanding of paid search optimization best practices (e.g., bid management, quality score improvement).

+ Ability to interpret marketing data using tools such as SQL or database reporting for performance analysis.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategic insights.

+ Familiarity with SQL is a plus but not required.
