Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves supporting compliance efforts, conducting audits, and providing analytical insights to ensure adherence to industry regulations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has foundational knowledge of payment systems, and is ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry operating rules.
• Assist in reviewing processes and procedures, including transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
• Analyze contracts and evaluate risk management controls for third-party entities.
• Provide insights into file formats, transaction data, and security protocols.
• Document findings from audits and recommend actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and legal teams to support compliance initiatives.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry standards through ongoing research and training.
• Prepare responses for external audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop training materials and assist in educational sessions for internal teams and stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, banking, or compliance roles.
• Familiarity with payment systems and associated operating rules.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively document findings and prepare reports.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn new procedures.
