Description We’re looking for a hands-on, versatile Network & Systems Administrator with strong virtualization and networking experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded IT detail oriented eager to work across a broad range of technologies in a dynamic environment.

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining core infrastructure — with a particular focus on VMware virtualization, networking fundamentals, and enterprise storage systems. If you're comfortable spinning up virtual servers from the ground up, assigning vCPUs and virtual networks, managing firewalls, and ensuring storage performance and availability — we want to talk to you. Requirements What You'll Do: • Set up, configure, and manage virtualized server environments (VMware). • Build and maintain virtual and physical servers, assigning virtual CPUs and configuring virtual networking. • Install, configure, and support firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. • Troubleshoot and manage LAN/WAN/SD-WAN infrastructure and IP addressing/subnetting. • Provide Tier 3 technical support and system troubleshooting across hardware, applications, and office equipment. • Administer and maintain SAN, NAS, and DAS storage systems. • Manage and support authentication systems like Active Directory. • Monitor and maintain security systems including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection. • Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. • Ensure infrastructure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and internal security standards. • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Entra environments. • Collaborate with vendors for technology procurement and implementation. • Stay current with emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and best practices. ________________________________________ What You Bring: Required: • 5+ years of detail oriented IT experience. • Strong VMware experience — from server setup to resource allocation and networking. • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: subnetting, IP routing, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN. • Proficiency with configuring and managing network hardware via CLI and GUI. • Experience with Microsoft Server tools (AD, Group Policy, PowerShell, WSUS, Terminal Services). • Working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of PC/server hardware. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred: • Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI). • Hands-on experience with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS). • Knowledge of Fortinet, Aruba/HP switches. • Exposure to NAC tools and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
