We are hiring for an Inventory Assistant role at JBS Prepared Foods as a full-time employee in Council Bluffs, IA.

This is a role for someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial challenge in a company with aspirations to be leaders within the CPG world. Primary functions:

+ Drive fork lift to unload trailers, stage packaging for production, and count inventory

+ Review and maintain inventories by cycle counting and assisting in corrective actions

+ Receiving to include inbound maintenance parts and deliveries

+ Entering receiving data for packaging, ingredients and parts

+ Establish minimum inventory requirements of each item by working closely with manager and production planner

+ Replenish inventories by working with SAP Requisitioner

+ Assist in resolving inventory issues

**Work/Physical demands** :

+ Lifting up to 80 pounds

+ Standing for long periods of time

+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with great accuracy

+ Working in cold or warm environments

+ Approximately 15% office work, 85% in plant or inventory supply areas

+ Ability to work overtime as necessary

Knowledge/skills:

+ Experience driving fork lift

+ Computer literate and data entry

+ Office equipment

+ Microsoft office/excel spreadsheets

+ Good communication skills

+ SAP knowledge a plus
