Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Foreman.  The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for:  * Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties  * Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment  * Experience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipment   * Ability to lead crew of 3-4  * Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailer  * Understands all aspects of landscape maintenance  * Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Manager  * Maintain a safe work environment  * Takes pride in work  * Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not required    Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman  * 2-3 years of previous experience required  * Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs  * Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NH  This position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer.  Pay Range $23.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE  To apply for this position please email your resume to [email protected], call 603-279-1411, or visit www.outsideunlimited.com
