**Position:** Speech Language Pathologist- Pediatrics and Adult

**Location:** 55 UnityPoint Way, Marshalltown IA 50158

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday between 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m.

**Compensation:** starting at $70,000 and up pending experience

**Incentives:** Potential for $10,000 sign on bonus and indefinite student debt relief program

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown Iowa. This role is unique in that you get to treat adults and pediatrics!

Must have CCCs for this position! Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.

Responsibilities

+ **Build Relationships:** Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.

+ **Collaborative Approach:** Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services

+ **High Standard of Care:** Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs

+ **Personalized Treatment:** Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

+ Outpatient experience in the last 5 years

+ State SLP licensure required

+ ASHA certification is required

+ 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
