    How do you excel in this position

     

    This position is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the service department.

     

    What are we looking for

     

    + Associate degree in Computer Science , Information Systems Technology or related field required . Bachelor's degree preferred.

    + At least 2 years' related experience in computer hardware/software, help desk or PC operations.

    + Working experience in the HVAC or mechanical industry required.

    + Experience with ServiceMax a plus.

    + Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS SQL and Office Suite required. Web design a plus.

    + Proficient communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

    + Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
