    • What You’ll Do:

     

    Lead the Sales Process

     

    + Drive customer engagement from the first hello to the final handshake.

    + Be on the floor—walk the lot, know the inventory, and coach the team.

    + Ensure deals are structured with precision and professionalism.

     

    Develop a Winning Team

     

    + Set clear expectations and hold your team to high standards.

    + Coach, mentor, and develop salespeople to hit goals and grow their careers.

    + Jump in on deals when needed—this is a hands-on leadership role.

     

    Deliver a Stellar Customer Experience

     

    + Greet and assist customers with warmth, knowledge, and energy.

    + Help customers choose the right protection products for their vehicle.

    + Resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.

     

    Close Deals with Precision

     

    + Work with lenders to secure financing that fits the customer’s needs.

    + Accurately process all purchase paperwork and meet compliance standards.

    + Submit deals, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding items.

    • What You Bring:

    + Leadership experience in automotive sales or F&I preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency

    + Solid communication and people skills—you know how to build trust

    + Comfortable with numbers, paperwork, and digital systems (ADP, banking platforms, etc.)

    + Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required licensing within 90 days
