    What You’ll Do:

    + Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and keeping them informed throughout the service experience

    + Translate customer concerns into clear, actionable repair orders for our expert technicians

    + Create accurate cost estimates and obtain customer authorizations

    + Keep detailed service records and follow up on additional work or warranty coverage

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, teammates, and service techs

    + Promote current service specials, maintenance packages, and added-value offers

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

    + Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience preferred

    + CDK experience is a plus

    + Strong communication and active listening skills

    + Solid understanding of vehicle systems and repair needs

    + High attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a team-first attitude

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
